I was given a nickname by a good freind of mine Phil Mehaffey, "THE SONGMAKER!" Being a life long musician/songwriter, I felt that this was one of the highest compliments a musician could recieve! Phil owns Cyberteknics Creative Studios in Dayton and has recorded many great musicians. Being gifted with the art of music, I feel that it is my duty to use my talents and give back, if I am lucky enough to get you people to buy my music. I hope to be in a position soon to be able to feed and help as many children as I can. It makes me sad to know we live in a world where there are children dying everyday needlessly. It's up to all of us who can to give back! I own my own record label, (BUGZY PEPPER RECORDS) and I am currently working on larger labels for distrubution deals. A multi-musician, composer, producer, engineer, performer and teacher, I have recorded over 500 records/cds/demos producing, engineering, composing and performing on many of them. I have composed and produced 1000's of radio and video/tv commercials and several short films. My education and experince consist of finishing up on my Masters in Music Business in 2009, 2 Associate Degrees in Audio Recording and Video/Television production, certified by Digi-Design for Pro-Tools, several teaching develoment programs and over 25 years in the recording business. I have won many awards including 2 TELLY Awards and 1 Davey Award. I also was the Director of the Audio Department at The International College Of Broadcasting for 8 years. I have co-written, recorded and performed with many great artist. Some of my favorites are Gary Nickell, Rob Myers, Phil Mehaffey, these boys know how to make GREAT MUSIC! For those of you who are/were fans of my last band, "TREES", I should annouce that I have left the band and we no longer exist. I know many of you that believed in us will be disippointed but, even tho it was a tough decission, I have decided it was not the band for me. There was a lot of LOVE, sacrafice and hard work put into the band TREES but I am sure whatever I do next will only be better. I guess I wasted a little bit of my time but learned a big lesson. Really a sad story because as before, labels were showing intrest and we made the top 25 CD's of 2007 in Dayton's local releases but egos got in the way and once again, someone else didn't get it.
