Wishing I was this peaceful all the time-In: TAO
HI Everyone! I don't have a long history of education in music nor do I have a ton of places I've played. I lost many years due to alcohol and drug addiction, but in 1979 while in a rehab center my younger brother brought me an old guitar of his and told me I could do something other with my life. This was how I started a new and positive interest that has filled my life like no drug could. Folk, Rock and the Blues from the 60's, and 70's have influenced me the most, however I enjoy all kinds of musical styles. I love finally being able to share with others in music, the language of the heart. I share space with a wonderful man, cats, a dog, finches, fish and a ton of plants. I seek to continue to create and become more peaceful in my life, and in my heart.

Thanks for listening and for your kind words... And I'm 1/2 serious about the collaborative song. Definitely has to have a lyric about a "grassy knoll".

I dunno what ur thing was about, but I feel that there's a fine line between what you referred to as "live and learn", and giving up. As far as what I'm standing up for, I will never give up. Therefor I will prolly never have my music up here again. All I asked for, was to look into flag abuse. I got no answer. However, the messages from OS came quickly when I lashed. So, my Q is...... what is there to hide? To me, this makes it even seem MORE personal.

As far as your thing, I don't think that if you were in the right, you should just give up. I mean, it is very apparent that there are gonna be 9 ass kissers to every 1 true blue. Cuz I'd bet that in your case or mine, if the tables were turned........ they'd be just as upset too.

And even at this moment, calmed down... it's still hard for me cos it seems only VERY FEW is getting the point! It's not about winning, rank, competitions, etc. It's about the very apparent personal attacks. I mean, I am not a stupid person. And when I feel something, I am usually right about it. And although there have been many flagged, I doubt it has happened like it is with me, And if it did happen to someone else, then I bet they are just as baffled at how NOTHING is being done about it.

That's where other artists need to come in and say shit, and not be afraid! They need to stop thinking of themselves and think about the whole site. If you know ANYTHING about me, you know that I am NOT doing this for selfish reasons.
