Thank you Boo. That was a nice intro. LOL OK. Let's chat about the Music & why I love OurStage.com. I've been out of the loop for a while. But I can no longer suppress the music in my soul that seeks release. Hence I am staging a modest re-emergence using my old CD to pave the way. Thanks to years of chain smoking my voice has dropped an octave enabling me to sing raspy Blues & Gospel. I love being Old School & have no desire to change. But I love trying new things... like arranging & orchestrating beautiful old fashioned melodies in updated diverse beats & rhythms using modern technology.

When I am ready to emerge from my cocoon and God willing the Phoenix arises from the flames, I plan to take to the road filming my shows, doing book signings, documenting history with my fingers & mic to the pulse of Society & musical performances. Once too old for that (if ever) I'd love to settle down & produce a radio show and establish an Independent Press Club & Artists Retreat. I am so young at heart that I don't feel my true age which is somewhere way over 1000 BC. Never had any babies. My Works, music, books & career abroad have always been my brainchildren. But I've worked with a lot of young folks & while working on my own material, I am also producing a gorgeous new young female group The Gurlz. I am also looking for background singers that can sing harmony. Interested??? Call me!!!

The + 2 on Love Story Act One are gospel tunes “Stand By Me” & “Teach Me How to Love”. They are my personal prayers. I’ve been thru the storm and with the help of God I survived. Now I am working on a new Gospel CD because I've learned the hard way that only what we do for God will last. I am also collaborating on a new Spoken Word & Blues CD with OurStage.com artist Mystery Bill. We meet most every Tues-Weds-Thurs to work on new material & we're putting together a new LoveStory band for my upcoming Coming Back Out Show. LOL Its gonna sound a lot like Gil-Scott Heron meets Issac Hayes and Sounds of Blackness w/some Fela Ransome, Bob Marley, Grover Washington, Snoop Dog, Tina Turner, Bobby Blue Bland, Ray Charles, Smokey Robinson, Diana Ross, Natalie Cole, Elvis, Millie Jackson, Jimmy Reed & Robert Johnson thrown in for good measure. All my influences!!! Like something you never heard before but always loved.(smiling broadly).

I am also in planning stages to work with a few other gifted OurStage artists/ producers & film makers. We are working on some really kewl stuff. I am so happy that I feel ditzy!
