Brittnee Belt is a girl that doesn't take no for a answer. Imagine Sara Bareilles meets Avril Lavigne. This performer throws her heart into every performance. This 21 year old Texas native singing sensation will win over anyone with her powerful original indie pop lyrics.
When Brittnee was 4, her parents enrolled her into a performance class. She was asked to sing a solo at her first recital, and since then hasn't been able to step out of the spotlight.
Brittnee Belt, age 21, grew up in a suburb outside of Dallas, Texas where she studied music, theatre, and dance in school. But it wasn't until Brittnee turned 18 that her future in the entertainment field exploded. It started when she snagged the role as Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls as well as Sharpay Evans in High School Musical at a local performance house. She was then told about an talent search audition with Disney for an upcoming television pilot. She went to the audition not expecting anything and recieved a callback. Now a marketing and music major at the University of North Texas, Brittnee hopes to one day own a recording label or her own music magazine.
In March 2007, Brittnee was accepted into the world renown Linda Septien Studio for Artist Training. She is currently a master student, having performed several times at the Dallas Arboretum and at the Grapevine Vintage Railroad's North Pole Express this past December. Brittnee currently studies songwriting, vocal production, piano, and guitar. She has written every song on Secret Identity and can be seen playing piano on several of the tracks.
