Blacc Suhn, Also known as Bigg Mixx, has been a music fan since birth. He has an intimate knowledge of stringed instruments. He was especially gifted in
the cello. While building a more electronic base by mastering the Percussion tools such as the 606, 808, ASR10 he has stayed true to his love of music by
continuing to play keyboards as well. This allows for that perfect meld between real instruments and synthesized sound. His current project is an album
entitled " blue colla' hustla" this album shows the mentality of the true artist behind the lyrics. While you may now know him as Bigg Mixx or Blacc Suhn
he also is popular under several other “alter egos” such as: King Midas, Shark Fin.
Blacc Suhn has been on a long journey to gain the experience and knowledge he has.
from the, strings section in his elementary band, to a promotional
maxi single promoted in the sunshine state of Florida, to working currently with a long time friend by the name of KDEE. Once that union was made, the
artist found his sound and style to become a true EMCEE, not just another average rapper. the chemistry between the duo took off!
Big Mixx and his career to the next stage. When he was reunited with a childhood friend "D Wood" whose style off gritty hip hop beats, propelled Blacc
into a new meaning to hip hop. At this stage the artist was now tuned into making music that was truly a reflection of HIS style and not a watered down
commercialized version of that skill.
BIgg Mixx born as Joe e. Mckinney in Huntington,TN has done what others have tried and failed to accomplish by bringing a new style of hip hop. His style
will encourage the blend of jazz, and soul with hard core lyrics. Bigg Mixx says, “i really hate what hip hop has become. IT has grown into a cesspool of
copycat music and lyrics driven by greed.” So instead, Bigg Mixx created hip hop of another level one that is very lyrical, political, street, and yet stays
energetic. This allows for a consistent performance that remains professional. This reduces rehearsal time to a minimum and allows for the artists to come
and do what he is great at with very little preparation.
His current project is in Bigg Mixx’s words “to allow the world to see his new flava of hip hop”.
Get prepared for the true next level of hip hop and watch for “Blue Colla Hustla” available online in various stores.
