Born and raised in Chicago, I have always been a fan of Hip-Hop music. I grew up listening to A Tribe Called Quest, Wu-Tang, Run DMC, Common (when he was Common Sense), LL Cool J, NWA, EPMD, Nas, & Souls of Mischief, just to name a few. I started writing rhymes back in '93 and continued through high school.
In '98, I formed a group called T.R.I.F.E w/ my boy Kenny Monday. We made a few neighborhood classics. One of those classics, Too Nice is featured on my 1st album P.O.W.E.R. After making a some noise and doing shows where little or no people showed up, we decided to part ways. In '04 I recored my first full length album titled P.O.W.E.R which means Perseverance Over Ways Endangering Righteousness. The album wasn't received very well, but to me, it was a classic!
Later that year, I moved to Missouri (Mid-MO), where I met my wife. I tried pushing my music down there and did ok, but ended up passing most of my copies out. I met a few peepz that gave me tracks and ended up doin' a show at a club called the Rockin' R. That's were I hooked up w/ No Account and started recording some new music. I Also recorded a track w/ Jay Harrell, a local dude who can really blow. However, I was only able to record 5 tracks before me and the wife moved to Florida in '07.
Since moving to th Sunshine state, I made some moves here and there, but life has a funny way of humbling you. So now I am basically starting from scratch. The hunger and love for Hip-Hop is still there, which keeps me going. Right now I am in the process of starting my own enteretainment company as well as recording my 1st mixtape! Hope you all enjoy what I am bringing to the table!
