I am a paramedic, that is what I do. I have been doing it for a long time and I love it. I have lived and worked all over the world. As of right now I live in the great state of Texas and work for a busy 911 system North of Houston.
I have always written, it is almost like a compulsion. Famous quote"I write because I have to, not because I want to." The music I put to my words is simple and straight, but it is mine and I enjoy it.
I am not here to "make it". I have lived the travelling lifestyle, seen the world and made a money doing it. It was fun, but that is done for me. I am a committed family man, working at a job I love, for a good company.
Why am I here? Good question. I am here to listen to some good music. Like alot of you I am tired of the canned, over produced crap that most of the "industry" call music.I'm not saying that there is no good music out there, but come on. The majority of the stuff is just the same thing the last guy was doing, with different words that mean the same thing. God forbid anyone take a chance. O.K. I'll get off my soapbox.
The other reason I am here is to share my stuff with people and see what others think. If by chance an artist or publisher, or manager, or A&R guy likes what they hear and would like to record it themselves or have an artist record it, I am open to that. Drop me a line and let me know, I'm sure we can make a deal of some sort. I own all my publishing.
Anyway thanks for stopping by and I hope you dig the tunes.
See Ya,
B
