Licensed to soothe the BODY as well as the SOUL! THE MUSICIAN PHYSICIAN is a Board Certified Radiologist who plays a MEAN Sax!!! Following his first three very successful CD releases ( FIRST IMPRESSION (BMI 1998), "SUITE" LOVE (BMI 2003) and SAVOIR FAIRE(BMI 2005), Bert Cody Piggott Jr., M.D. will soon release his fourth masterpiece entitled: IN THE MOMENT. Although his stage name is THE MUSICIAN PHYSICIAN, at times, he plays the role of "The Magician Physician" as he juggles the responsibilities of a very successful Radiology Practice and the rigors of performance dates and studio work. Piggott is the president of SAXUAL OVERTONES PRODUCTIONS (BMI) and he is also affiliated with FRONT ROOM PRODUCTIONS (BMI). THE MUSICIAN PHYSICIAN has opened for: 1) Boney James, 2) Pieces of a Dream (twice) 3) Marion Meadows and 4)Bob Baldwin. Piggott was also an investor in the BobBaldwin.com project (along with PRINCE and MASTER P). He has also signed an agreement for a 3 song collaboration project with keyboardist Baldwin. Additionally, THE DOCTOR performed at a "meet and greet" POST show reception for saxophonist KIM WATERS. As long as he has the DREAM...the DRIVE...the TALENT...and the TIME, THE MUSICIAN PHYSICIAN will continue to soothe the BODY as well as the SOUL...
