Tabu (The Booster)
Born in Dayton Ohio. Tabu has been in the music biz his entire life. After the break up of his parents marriage at a young age he moved with is mom to Alabama where he started to make a name for himself.
Trying to find money for studio time was his main focus and he turned to streets which seemed to be the wrong move as from that decision he spent five years in prison.
He came to California and with the help of his dad was introduced to music producer J Classic. It was instant chemistry.
The combination of Classic's west coast beats with Tabu's southern style and lyrical content proved an instant "marriage" .
NBA Star Baron Davis signed Tabu to a production deal to his Too Easy Entertainment Company and has opened significant doors giving Tabu the opportunity to realize his dreams.
The album "Crunch Time" is complete and two major music videos have been produced. The single "Shawtty Badd" is due for radio release in April 2008 and concerts are being planned with Little Wayne the first being April 13th in Montgomery, Alabama.
DJ Drama (Gangsta Grill) is producing a mix tape CD in the summer so the stage is being set for the next big thang to come outta the DIRTY SOUTH and his name is
