About the Artist
Shotty is a rock band from Seattle, WA. Formed in 2004 by singer/guitarist Pat Moon, Shotty has had an ever evolving lineup that currently includes Miles Frank on drums and Nat Entrekin on bass guitar. Shotty’s music combines elements of guitar-heavy 90’s rock, synth-heavy 80’s new wave, as well as a modern Seattle indie aesthetic.
Shotty were semi-finalists in the 2008 EMP Sound Off! battle of the bands. In 2009, Shotty worked with Seattle producer Martin Feveyear (The Presidents of the United States of America, Amber Pacific) to record an EP, followed by a west coast tour with appearances at the legendary Whisky a Go Go and The Viper Room.
Shotty released their first official full length album, Superfan, in early 2011.
