Putting NC on the Map: Hurrakane Productionz Launches Record Label and Hip Hop or Die Mixtape Burlington, NC, January 6 2009—Sheila and John Moore’s long anticipated is album Hip Hop or Die is finally has a set releases date. The date is set for February 14, 2009. Giving Hip Hop its own Valentines day gift. Sheila aka SheRex Mykes, is a Creedmoor, NC native. John aka Dr J, resides in Burlington NC. The two have been making rap songs since Sheila was 9 and John was 13. “Since body wanted to put us on we decided to put ourselves on by any means necessary.” Sheila. She also included that how that CD took sometime because a lot of the tracks include some of what they had been through. “What better gift do I have to give to the world than what’s from the heart”, she concluded. What has started with only 2 people has grown over the years. Hurrakane Productionz also includes New Money Entertainment. This is includes Dr J. P-Kane, Tone, and Abe. They all have their own styles, and collectively they just make good music. “We make magic” says Abe, who is the newest member of the group.
