Biography
The Music: An edgy Contemporary Christian Music with lots of rich harmony vocals, piano, keyboard, guitars, and percussion. Growing up, we listened to a lot of Amy Grant, The Heritage Singers, Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman.
The Message: Songs are relevant and scripturally based. We write, sing, and play to promote Jesus Christ and his saving power that frees us from the bondage of sin. Through Christ we have eternal hope and the promise of everlasting life when we except Him as our personal Savior. We believe that music is powerful in praising and worshiping God. It is our joy to use what He has given us for his glory.
The Ministry: We focus our musical writing not only to Christians, but to the un-churched, non-believer, and disenfranchised. It is our goal to reach a new generation of believers for Christ through Christ centered music, beyond church walls.
Where We Came From: Shauni grew up in a musical family of six, playing the piano, singing, writing music, and touring from age 6-16, with the Ron Greenlaw Family Music Ministry, recording two albums. She has been a guest artist for several christian gospel groups, played with a symphony, won a National Talent Contest, and most recently been named a Suggested Artist for her song "Carry Me" by Song Of the Year.
Grant originally studied music and performed with many choral groups at at christian university. Grant held several ministers licenses and studied theology for many years, which has grown his abilities as a lyricist.
