Scotty Barrales

Scott Barrales is a singer/songwriter/musician who was born and raised in Chicago. He has been singing & writing for most of his life. Somewhere around the 7th grade Scott started playing the guitar but quit not long after due to adolescent misleadings. It wasn't until 1994 that Scott picked the guitar back up due to a sudden inspirational kick-in-the-face. This fateful burst of sentiment & inspiration came from the passing of his life-long best friend at the young age of 16 - R.I.P....

Somewhere around the 7th grade Scott started playing the guitar but quit not long after due to adolescent misleadings. It wasn't until 1994 that Scott picked the guitar back up due to a sudden inspirational kick-in-the-face. This fateful burst of sentiment & inspiration came from the passing of his life-long best friend at the young age of 16 - R.I.P. Timmy. In the years to follow, he has lived & played in many different states and has fronted 4 original projects: Unexpected Jam, Lost Generation, The Dalai Mamas, The Cosmic Put On. (5 unpublished albums came out of those bands). During and after these projects, Scott wrote an additional 6 albums.
