Robyn first made her big splash in the Dance music scene with her first record release called "Good Love" back in 1996. The track was later featured on the Canadian released compilation, "Freestyle Frenzy" as well other dance compilation cds within the United States. After the release and the popularity of "Good Love" - which was picked up and played in 12 different states in the US, as well as regions in Canada. In 1997, Robyn went on to start up her own label, Robyn Z. Records. She then released her hit dance single, "Without Your Love" which did well in both the east and west coasts. The single was featured on DMA's Freestyle Flava Volume 3 - As well as picking up rotation in Sacramento, California. Under the her new label, Robyn later followed up the success of "Without Your Love" with another great dance tune, "OO-OO-AH-AH."
New York born (Queens, NY) Robyn has been performing professionally for as long as she can remember. She successfully marketed and produced her own live performances, with performing live being her true passion.She has headlined many shows throughout the United States as well as outside of the US. Robyn has also done shows with many well-known acts, such as Stevie B. Tito Puente, Jr. as well as The Sugarhill Gang and Tavares whom she opened for. Not only does Robyn sing (her vocal skills have been compared to that of super divas Madonna and Cher), but she is also very involved in different aspects of the music business. In addition to her great singing skills, she is also a talented song writer as well as producer. She not only recorded the leading vocals for her hit single, "Without Your Love" but she also co-wrote and co-produced the track as well alongsside her partner Ivan Kopas who's credits include Korn, Gloria Estefan and more. In addition to her own releases, Robyn's vocal talents can be heard doing back up vocals for many recording artists including but not limited too, James Schaeffer's (Hit Songwriter Jim Jonsin of Danity Kanes "Showstopper) production of w8less-" Can't You see", Spacemen, and well known artists on back up vocals. In Late 2006, Robyn and Playboy Enterprises Joined forces to bring you Robyn's catalog of dance music, which played on Playboy TV.
