Robot Bomb Shelter, aka Jake B., is an up-and-coming electro/techno musician/producer in San Francisco, CA. Jake has been producing his own style of electronic music since the age of 17 under various names (GMNI, DigiBox, Fraktal), but the name Robot Bomb Shelter was conceived in 2007.
His debut professional release “Robot Picnic” was released on 6/1/09.

Jake B. was born in San Diego, California in 1970. Jake began studying music at a very early age, having been trained on the clarinet (as well as oboe, bassoon, bass clarinet) starting in the 4th grade. Jake has also studied piano, musical composition and theory as well as audio mastering techniques.
Over the last 20 or so years, Jake has amassed an array of new technologies and now produces his music solely by computer and peripherals. RBS uses state-of-the-art software and hardware to create the rich and powerful sounds of tomorrow.
Jake is not a DJ, but rather a musician and producer of original music.
Jake lives in San Francisco, CA, with his loving partner, Joe.
