Darrell "the jeep" Braden and his cousin Greg Evans have been on the music scene since their teens. Off and on from that time to the present they have shared the stage with an abundance of nationally known performers The BET Comic View Comedians, Blues prodogy Buster Brodie, jazz saxaphonist Gerald Albreit to name a few. Pursuing the national spotlight from their Midwest locale has proven to be quite a challenge. However it is said that those who achieve staying power in the music biz must pay dues and hone their talent while at it. That is exactly what Darrell and Greg have been doing.
With the forming of two musical entitys in which they perform, pop /soul groups NEXSTEP and alternate soul group RHYTHMLIFE, their own production company GET READY GO PRODUCTIONS and recording label SOUL MILLINEA RECORDS in 2003 these guys have been creating a base upon which they could move into that illusive spotlight and leap onto what they believe is the future of the music industry, That being the internet music business, specifically, internet distribution and promotion which levels the playing field for upstart labels and artist against the majors.
They believe innovative ideas, great song writing, pairing with artist who have a likewise vision will carry them through to their goals and that the sky is the limit from there. So keep dropping by this page to note and be a part of their progress on this journey.
