OPHISHAL
OPHISHAL is hip-hop’s newest three man collective from Danville , Virginia which consist of group members Eric Harris (DOE), Robert Fallen (360) , and Dayan Wilson. The debut album “ The Clarification of a Movement ” is slated to be released this year on Megablast/R.P.M/101 Distribution. The first single “ Forever Hood “ charted for eight months to no. 32 on various national urban club charts with limited promotion. The current singles “ Dirty,Dirty,Dirty “ and ” So Committed ” , which are available for downloads and ringtones, are receiving rave reviews from the DJ community. After being booked for several dates on the ” Ambush Tour ” the group has went on to open for hip –hop elites such as Jadakiss and Lil Wayne and is currently preparing to embark on a national college tour. The album consist of production by up and coming producers Desperawdos , Caution and Velly who have produced for artist such as Twista , Busta Rhymes , Keri Hilson , and Wayne Wonder. OPHISHAL is influenced by artist such as Run D.M.C., KRS ONE , Wu-Tang , Lil Wayne, Kanye West , and Jay-Z because of their creativity , longevity, and overall lyricism. With the release of their album “ The Clarification of a Movement ” they hope to turn doubters into believers and believers into fans.
