Welcome, my name is Marshall Cook and I am a songwriter from Sarasota Florida. I have been writing songs for over 25 years. My influences include Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, and Cat Stevens. The focus of my songs are the lyrics. My inspirations come from a variety of personal experiences throughout my life. Most of the time my lyrics are thought provoking and emotional, although I do attempt to interject charm and wit as well. I am currently working on getting clean recordings of all my music. All my songs are available to be licenced to other performers as well as for use in Movies, Television and Commercials. All my songs are also available for sale her on OurStage.
