Looney Mobb is a versatile hip hop group from Rochester, MN by way of Chicago, IL. Looney Mobb is made up of 3 brothers who also write and produce other genres of music. The different types range from gospel, R&B, to Rap. Donyale (Skooby G Slimm), Daniel (Buddah Bless), and Demetrius (DeNocka Meechie) Johnson come together to create a masterpiece of work in all fields of music. Born in Chicago, IL and Winona, MN to Daniel and Joyce Johnson, the brothers moved back and forth from Chicago to Rochester, MN due to the ongoing pursuit of better living. Looney Mobb began its recording career in the late 90's and has since dropped numerous projects. Those include: "Til the World Blow Up" in 1999, "Curtains" 2001, "Mobb Life" 2004, "Its Nock" 2005, "Midwest Night Mayor" 2005, "Japville Vol. 1" 2005 and Vol. 2 2006, "Welcome to Roc-Town" 2007. After Mulitple line-up changes and run-ins with the law, Looney Mobb has concentrated on one thing and thats to make hit after hit after hit. Looney Mobb Entertainment was just incorporated in Janurary of 2007 and plans to release new projects from Looney Mobb and other new acts. Looney Mobb
