Click to Edit Local Traffic was founded in West Palm Beach Florida by Bass/Vocalist Jim "Duke" Halonski, with various musicians. Around 1993, we moved to the Gainesville Fl area, where brother Walter Halonski (Lead Guitar/Vocals) joined the group. Rounding out the lineup are, Jim chaplin (Lead & Slide Guitar/Vocals, Brian Palka (Lead & Slide Guitar/Vocals) and Kevin McGee (Drums. We play aggressive, guitar driven Southern and Classic Rock. not so much a tribute band, but true to form, and very heavy.We've been working on original material these past few years, some recorded and others added to our live sets.We play local clubs and bars to keep our chops up for the big stages, where we've been the opening act for Blackfoot (3 times), the Charlie Daniels Band, Heartland, and regional favorites Big Engine and Soulswitch.

Setup Requirements:
We have enough Equipment/Horsepower to fill a medium to large club with sound, though we prefer house sound. Our equipment is well maintained, and in good working order. We also carry spares, just in case!!!
