Derrick “K.O.M.A.D.Y.A.N” Bolton a Buffalo New York, native born 11/18/83 grew up in the heart of the city in the neighborhood known as Cold Spring. As a middle child to a strong single mother of seven he was destined be the object of greatness. Adopted as the son of the streets because of his fathers continuous struggle with drug use; he over came the trials & tribulations with a few stumbles but kept his feet planted to continue his journey to success. Influenced by the hip hop culture he and childhood friends started a group called DAMANZ which did not last long due to domestic beef between group members. He became a solo artist performing in many events like the Roc the Mic tour 64 mc battles, Script Pro music competition, and a host of talent shows. Currently as CEO/Artist of T.O.A.K Ent Reaching 1 with DemFranchiseBoyz/SoSo Def diss on the 1st underground hip hop charts in 2006 on SoundClick.com built an international fan base. He’s become a role model for the youth in the hood and example of using what u got to get what u want. With his quick wits, the gift of gab, story telling, vivid imagination, hypnotizing personality and talented writing skills he developed the artistic mind frame of the prophesized (K) ing (O) f (M) ainstream (A) rtist (D) ominating (Y) our (A) irways (N) aturally known to the world as K.O.M.A.D.Y.A.N.
