Pistol River is a group of Nashville musicians and vocalists put together by the song writing team of Marvin Adcock and John Bizzack. The group was originally formed to produce demos for Adcock and Bizzack, but over the years the friendship between the players and writers grew, and Marvin and John decided to start marketing CDs to the public containing the songs from the demo sessions. In doing so the name Pistol River was adopted by the group. So in reality there is no formal band called Pistol River, but the songs written by Adcock and Bizzack are very real and we hope you enjoy listening to them as much as we enjoy writing and recording them.
