Phil and Jay started to create and produce music in the year 2000, and initially they created musical compositions individually. Their music was cool even enticing, however their parents made a suggestion. If the two of them made such great music separately, imagine how it would sound like if they both collaborated.
As brothers they are very competitive and this caused some rivalry, as to who made the best compositions, so of course the grand scheme didn't take off at first.

Both of them took several weeks to get over their differences, to look at each others strengths, and weaknesses from an artistic perspective. After perfecting their strengths the end product produced PhiJayy they co-create, and co-produce, some sweet music. Music that takes one on a different plane, from ecstatic, to dreams of all dreams, from running to floating on endless cloudless bliss, to cinematic, to hip and soulful.
