Very moving and beautifully done. There was actually a guy like that up in North London who used to wander up and down in only his underpants getting rubbish out of the bins in winter. Turns out he'd been a brain surgeon who'd accidentally run over and killed his young daughter whilst heading off to work in a hurry.
