Ever thought you were someone’s fairy godmother? This is exactly how I felt when I talked with the winner of The Disco Biscuits’ Biggest Fan Contest. The Disco Biscuits and the folks over at Camp Bisco wanted to give one of the band’s biggest, most-deserving fans the opportunity to attend this year’s Camp Bisco 8 for free. Alissa Miller’s story of unrelenting dedication to the band tugged The Disco Biscuits’ heart strings in just the right places. Because of her perseverance, she now gets to attend the festival and meet the band she loves most with her husband-to-be! Congrats Alissa!

April showers bring May flowers.  What do May flowers bring? (Aside from pilgrims…) The winners of April of course, and what a great month it was!  Our Grand Prize winner, Wild-Wood, were the first GP winners from Jazz since September 2007, which really says something about their quality and potential in the future.
