Complicated by Nikki Britt in Covers
No matter what you think of the original Avril Lavigne tune, it’s hard not to appreciate the originality and style behind this catchy cover.
Me Minus You (radio edit) by Jenna Bryson in Pop
It’s no surprise at all that this track took the Number 1 spot on the Pop charts. It’s destined for radio success, with honest vocals and a message so many people can relate to.
Rehab by T.K. Soul in Soul
T.K. Soul shines on this sounds-like-an-old-standby gem. He played all the instruments and sang all the vocal parts himself, which seems to make the song even more meaningful.
Analogy by The Fisticuffs (NC) in Punk
A fast, fun punk song. Everything you hope for: great drums, bass, guitar and lyrics. No overproduction and no egos. Great punk is part of a balanced diet.
I Wish You’d Let Me Let You Go by Charlie Worsham in Acoustic
Charlie’s vocals are just perfect over the quiet acoustic guitar in this song, and so are the harmonies that join him. This is a good song to end a long day, though you may go to bed feeling sad. Fair warning.
