His first song ever memorized was "Bone thugs-n-harmony - Tha Crossroads". But that didn't stop there. He went on to learning more songs. At age 14 he was arrested for possession with intent to distribute whereas he was sentenced to indefinite probatation and ordered to take ramdon drug test. At age 16 he was arested again for assult on a family member that he said was attacking him. That arrest earned him 7 months in Boys' Village of Maryland juvenile detention institution where he sharpend his creative writing skills in the form of poety and love letters to his girlfriend back at home. After Being realeaseded from Boy Village his probation officer obtained a court order for him to be placed in a the group home Oak Hill House in Clearpring, Md, so he could continue his education away from the influences of the inner city of Baltimore. The two years he spent in the group home, which should have only been one, had he followed the guidlines of the program, changed his life in major way. 2004, he meet another troubled youth by the name of Jason while in the home who took him under the wing because he reconized the creative skills Sir-Arthur had with writing ryhmes that closely reflected his own. Sir-Arthur and Jason teamed up to produce his first un-recorded feature song "If I had A Choice To Change My Life". The song was instant buzz among the other resident and staff members of the home, and the local McDonalds where he performed while he worked. Successfully earning his level 3 rank in the house and later earning his High School Diploma, Sir-Arthur was discharged reconditioned and ready for the real world back in gritty Baltimore streets where he was brought up. Still being on probation from his arrest at 14, he was faced with three choices; go to shool, work, or be arrested for violation of the first two choices. In spring 2005, age 21 he decided it would be a good idea to attend Woodstock Job corps Center and took up accounting which sparked his business mindframe, which in turn gained him the abiliy to manage money. Not even two whole months in Job corps he became President of The Student Government Association, which landed him a meeting with Mayor Martin Omally and other state officials, at the states capital, where bargined for good paying jobs for the students at his center. The outcome, He and 20 other students got fulltime positons at The Baltimore Office of Childsupport Enforcement as Administrative clerks in a mail room and a filing office. Sir-Arhur used his executive power as Student President on many occasions to usher in several campus events and parties. Sir-Arthur kept track of all the centers activities himself with use a self printed center calendar. He later granted the motion the cleaning, reorganizing and re-opening of the centers previously closed library. Feeling as though something was still missng, he and a small group of his buddies, outside of the student government board members, wanted a way to share there writings with the rest of the center. After a long meeting the next day with members of his staff and student government, he motioned in the centers first poetry reading night, wich was held every thursday night and open to all. The move was outstanding as severl students got up to share there stories. This moment inspired him even more to pursue a rap career and he kept writhing. After leaving Job Corps and going back to work for half the year, 2007 he recorded His first song "Deeper Than Deep" featuring his close friend Mickey Mac he was living with when his mother made him leave her home. Mac was the same friend who also showed him the basics of how to record himself and how to produce near professional quality studio tracks using cakewalk home studio software on a old dell destop. Shortly after producing various songs of his own and one other with Mac, he began to work at a local Wal-Mart, and moved out. But Sir-Arthur stuck to it, Music was in his heart. With no major support Financially to build a good studio, he had to put his dream on hold. Although his dream was put on hold he never stopped writing music. In 2009, he ran into a small amount of cash and pieced together a small starter studio, with just a laptop, condenser mic, korg speakers, a mixer, and some foam padding. He later met up with his life long homie Belve who shared a vision with Sir-Arthur about joinging his group. Not really having a set name for himself, and not belonging to any other group, he teamed up with belve and began to call himself Ay'r. His friend Belve had already came up with the name of the group and two became known as On The Rise Records or (OTR). Time passed and He and Belve made several block hits. One titled "My horn say Yeah" was a block favorite along with another collab with Belve's nephew Mousy. Even though the two mad several songs together as On The Rise, Sir-Arthur recorded many unrealeased trackes on his own whenver he had time. In 2010 he attend a class to become a nursing assistant, which provide the type of income he needed to push his music to the next level. With some of the money earned he purched several piece of basic equipment to build another studio in his basement, since the first one he put together was ruiend. The studio was re-structured just like the one he had been tagught to use years before with Mac, but this time with his more advanced knowledge of producing for himself and many others. Sir-Arthur still continues to write music and hit the studio. He also has the gained the capability of creating his own beats using Reason and is doing graphic desiging using photoshop. Out of his love for music and his drive to give his two children a better life, he is a real techical business minded and motivated individual. He is very ambitious to become famous. With two mixtapes on the way he shows his dedication and promises that he will not stop until he reaches the top.
