Win an all-expenses-paid, 3 day/2 night stay at the luxurious Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.
The top 20 entries (Top 20) will be considered for the Grand Prize. On or about March 15, 2010, a panel of judges at SME, which may include Beyonce', will select one (1) winner from all entries within the Top 20 on the basis of the following criteria: musicality (25%), presentation (25%), creativity (25%) and vocal ability (25%).
Prize Winner will receive:
- Three (3) day Two (2) night stay in at the luxurious The Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.
- Roundtrip coach airfare to an airport in close proximity to the Winner's home town to Las Vegas, NV, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

Entries in the Beyoncé Sweet Dreams at The Wynn Cover Competition Channel must be a cover of Beyoncé's song "Sweet Dreams". All musical styles are welcome. Artists can only submit one song into the competition and must be thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Needle In the Haystack
MTV Music's editorial team will select one (1) high ranking OurStage artist per week for cross promotion on MTV Music and OurStage. Promotional will take place over the course of one (1) week and may include: interviews, blog posts, Q &A's, Tweet & A's, and free track downloads.

Beat Kangz Independent Artist Challenge Contest
One winner will be selected from the Top 20 to receive a Beat Thang Hardware with Beat Thang Virtual and Music critique by Rockwilder. The Top 5 ranking runner up winners will receive a Beat Thang Virtual Software preloaded with Beat Kangz library, and one year subscription to Rocbattle.com with 50 royalty free beats.
